    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Corporate Training Officer to design, implement, and manage training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing curriculum, and delivering training sessions across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult education and a passion for helping others grow in their careers.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assess the training needs of employees across different departments and levels within the organization.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that address identified needs and align with company goals.
    • Create training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations, to facilitate effective learning.
    • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and online.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
    • Work closely with department heads and HR to ensure training programs are aligned with organizational needs.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in corporate training and development.
    • Manage the corporate training budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
    • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a Corporate Training Officer, Training Manager, or in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
    • Proficiency in training software and tools, such as LMS (Learning Management System).
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)) are a plus.
